The ceremony, talk, dialogue, performance will end the exhibition of a serial dissonance, aspiration, unbound by being run. Ming Yuan will be hosting the ceremony, capture your awareness and senses with an authentic and fragrant Chinese tea ceremony. As she walks you through the history, philosophy and poetry of this ancient tradition, you will have the opportunity to observe the elegant process of Chinese whole leaf tea brewing. You'll savour two seasonal teas: first, a soothing nectar orchid dancong oolong from Fenghuang Fujian followed by a robust, aged 5-year-old Pure Tea from Yunnan. These warm, neutral brews harmonise your body's energy, grounding you back with a new vision and a clear mind.
